Management of Change Case Study

A
case study has been added to illustrate some of
the changes which should be considered when a
significant increase in employees and contractors
are expected e.g. mobilisation of additional
staff for the next phase of a project. This is an
example of part of a case study used in our food
safety training courses.
The case study considers how this can be looked at as a Management of Change activity. This isn't the usual interpretation but one which is still valid as a failure to take into consideration catering when project planning can have a significant impact on workforce productivity and health.
